Grana Padano DOP aged about 10 months, in an eighth-wheel format, Halal certified. The paste is still relatively soft but already flavourful, with a delicate, pleasant taste. Ideal grated over pasta, shaved onto salads and carpaccio, or served in cubes as an aperitif.
